You can join the army by clearing the NDA examination. The examination is conducted twice in a year.The Exam is conducted by UPSC.

  • Training – 3 years at NDA and 1 year at IMA, Dehradun

    • General Ability Test(150 questions – 600 marks – 2.5 hours duration)

TES(Technical Entry Scheme)

The technical entry scheme is open twice a year. You can go for this option after 10+2. After 4 years of training, you will be granted a permanent commission.

The details of this TES are as follows:

  • Age Limit – 16.5 to 19.5
  • Education Qualifications – 10+2 PCM(Aggregate above 70%)
  • Marital Status – Unmarried
  • Training –
    • 1-year pre-commission training at OTA Gaya
    • 3 years training at CME Pune
    • 1-year post-commission training at Secunderabad
  • Exam Level- National Level
  • Vacancies  – 90(subjected to change)
  • Exam –  There is no written exam for this post name. If you are medically fit and clears their medical examination, you may be selected for this post.
